What are your safety and quality standards?

What is your device warranty?

All NeuroMyst devices come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty applies to both new and refurbished products, and if a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, the device will be repaired or replaced at no cost.

Where is the device made?

NeuroMyst products are designed and assembled in the United States.

Should I use big or small electrodes?

Larger electrodes spread the current over a wider area, making stimulation more comfortable and less intense. They are recommended for most general wellness use. Smaller electrodes deliver more focused and stronger stimulation to a specific area but may feel more intense on the skin. For most applications, larger electrodes are the better first choice unless you have a specific reason to target a very focal area.

Can I use the device for ear stimulation?

No. It is not safe to apply continuous current using tDCS or tACS directly on the ear. Ear stimulation (CES / tVNS) uses very short current pulses that are different from tDCS.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, except for Argentina, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Portugal, and Spain because they do not allow wellness tDCS devices. If you do not see your country listed, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

What is your return policy?

Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for domestic orders and within 90 days of receipt for international orders. Return outcomes depend on the reason for the return. Defective products are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement device, including shipping. For personal returns, we refund the cost of the product only; shipping fees are non-refundable.
